I believe your assessment on Google Wave is correct.  Its difficult to put a finger on it, but I think Wave might be the starting point for making operating systems and collaborations tool choices irrelevant.  Considering the fact that it brings together messaging, collaboration, wiki&#039;s, web publishing and much more, in real-time, I think its inevitable that wave will totally alter the way we work today.  Also it is likely a twitter-killer.
