		<description>I agree with your premise.  I wish more HR departments were using Linked In versus Monster or Careerbuilder for candidate searches.  I also view recruiters as a necessary evil but more often than not they send me proposed jobs that are out of scope for me.

And as someone just laid off, I would love to see ANY improved tools for matching candidates to positions...</description>
